In 2020, I took up Muay Thai to get back in shape. Five years later, I’m competing professionally in Thailand. This journey gave me hands-on expertise in strength training, cardio, flexibility and nutrition. FOOD INDUSTRY & GASTRONOMY
I started cooking with my parents as a kid, and the passion never left. Today, I help content creators and food professionals share their recipes and know-how with a French-speaking audience (myself included 😉). Here, we’re talking about cook books, websites and blogs, subtitles and voice-over, menus or industry documents.
